Wrangle

file8.jpeg

WRANGLE's current show, Glitter Bird, was devised in collaboration with Wigmore Hall Learning and is aimed at KS1 children and their families. It tells the story of Glitter Bird, his beautiful voice and a greedy Queen who wants him all to herself. However, when Glitter Bird is trapped away, he forgets how to sing. The show explores themes of empathy, freedom and sharing, all important skills nurtured in infant school.

WRANGLE believe that all music tells a story. They produce shows for all ages which embrace music’s dramatic and emotional power, immersing audiences in a fully participatory, creative, musical and theatrical experience.

The team is made up of Rosie Bergonzi (percussion), Tim Keasley (oboe) and Jess Mollie (percussion). As performers and workshop leaders we have worked with Spitalfields Music, Opera North, English National Opera, the Southbank Centre and Southbank Sinfonia.
